Refund policy

AUSTRALIA - RETURN/EXCHANGE/CREDIT

At Two of Five The Label, we want you to feel amazing in our gowns, but sometimes, things simply don’t go according to plan. We recommend contacting our customer service team at info@twooffivethelabel.com for assistance before making a purchase if you are unsure of your size or displayed colour. 

Our policy strictly lasts 4 days from the day you receive your product for items purchased online.

Return
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags in place. Please note there must be a valid reason for requesting a refund. 

Please reach out to info@twooffivethelabel.com for any returns inquiries and submit your request here and we will do our best to help.

Returns attempted outside of the 4 day return period will be denied and returned to the customer. Note that you will be responsible for covering shipping costs for returning your item. We are unable to refund shipping costs.

Exchange
We do not offer exchanges on orders. If the item you have ordered is not suitable, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. Submit your request here

Credit
Credit is valid for 2 months from the date of issue, on full-priced Two of Five clothing. We do not take returns on ANY items that were purchased at a discount or provided as a giveaway prize. Credit is not available for made-to-order items. 

If you suspect that an item you’ve purchased is faulty, please contact us and we will try and replace it for you.

Colour
The colour of the dresses displayed on the website may vary on different screens when compared to the original product.

External factors such as lighting and flash photography may also affect the true colour of some dresses, hence why we strive to accurately identify the colour of the garment within the product title or product page. If you are still unsure, please get in touch with customer care at info@twooffivethelabel.com. A refund for this reason will not be accepted.

SALE ITEMS
Two of Five The Label sale items are not eligible for return. We do not offer refunds, credits notes, or exchanges on any sale item purchased online unless deemed faulty. Please note, any sale item returned without authorisation will be sent back at an additional charge. 

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHO DO I CONTACT?
Please contact our online team at info@twooffivethelabel.com and you will receive a response within 2 business days. 

Please note if you contact us by email on the weekend you will not receive a response until Monday.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA) - RETURN/EXCHANGE/CREDIT

At this stage, Two of Five The Label does not accept returns, exchanges, nor offer credit on any item for customers outside of Australia.
